WhatsApp Business Messaging

When you interact with us via WhatsApp Business Messaging, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your data in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Data Processing Terms. This includes the transmission of message content and metadata through Meta’s servers for delivery, analytics, and security purposes.

We only collect and use WhatsApp Business Messaging data to facilitate communication with you regarding our services, product support, and verified business interactions. We do not sell, lease, or disclose message content to third parties except as required by law.

Your messages and related data are processed in compliance with Meta’s privacy framework and applicable laws. You may request data deletion or withdrawal of consent at any time by contacting us at tech@growthhq.io.

Accordingly, Growth HQ is adhering to the following as a tech provider using Whatsapp Business Messaging via Meta's Platforms to: 1. Use Platform and Process Platform Data solely for you and at your direction in order to provide services you requested in a manner that is consistent with these Terms, all other applicable terms and policies, and your privacy policy, and for no other individual or entity and for no other purpose, including for the Service Provider’s own purposes; and 2. In the event the Service Provider engages another Service Provider (“Sub-Service Provider”) in order to provide the services requested, ensure the Service Provider requires the Sub-Service Provider in writing to comply with the above requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthHQ Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
