You agree to indemnify Growth HQ and its Directors and Partners for any resulting damages, including claims from your customers or investors due to misrepresentation. These rules are governed by the laws of Singapore and disputes will be handled in Singapore courts.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect the integrity of the platform.

Subscriptions and Payment

All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.
